What can you expect from a Neapolitan Pizza?
Neapolitan pizzas bake quickly in our wood fired oven. Be prepared for varying degrees of charring, giving this pizza the authentic flavor and texture unique to this style.
The crust is crispy when hot, and can be made crispier to order. As the pizza bakes- the sauce and cheese create a molten center. Yes, you may actually have to use a fork and a knife! (However, we won’t judge you if you don’t!)
True Neapolitan pizzas are minimally topped so that you can taste and enjoy the textures of all of the individual components.

We use only the finest flour imported from Italy. Caputo selects the best grains, and they know how to mill and blend to make a 100% natural flour that creates the perfect Neapolitan Pizza dough.
Our sauce-is simply crushed tomatoes. San Marzano Tomatoes are grown in rich, volcanic soil which gives them a sweet flavor and low acidity. They are coveted for their flavor and texture, little has to be done to them upon opening the can (we only add salt).
